Business Administration
The Department for Business Administration implements and controls the administrative processes for the execution of all business that serves the corporate purpose in the interests of the corporate turnover and success while observing legal requirements, binding guidelines, treaties and agreements.
It ensures the orderly archiving of documentation, data files, business deals, personnel files and other documents of personnel and financial accounting in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, making them available for external and price audits.
It provides advice and support to rule out infringements of existing legislation and supplies information and analyses to prepare operational and strategic decisions for organisational, business and personnel processes.
