Public Relations
Public relations and communication become more and more important in research funding, technology policy and innovation management. The Public Relations Department of VDI/VDE-IT offers an all-round PR service – beginning with consultancy, conception and preparation of promotional activities all the way to implementation and quality control. This also includes the organisation of conferences, workshops, trade fair exhibitions and brochures. All arrangements take into account existing Corporate Identity and Corporate Designs concepts and are closely coordinated with the respective clients.

IT2Green - Energy-Efficient ICT for SMEs, Administration and Habitation
The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology supports - through the "IT2Green - Energy-Efficient ICT for SMEs, the Administration and the Home" technology programme - research and development activities which lead to advanced model solutions for energy- and resource efficient ICT in application fields with a broad impact. VDI/VDE-IT organizes the knowledge for the programme's accompanying research, whose content is created and coordinated by the Fraunhofer Institutes for Reliability and Micro-Integration (IZM) and for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI).
