Interactions and cooperations between companies, scientific institutions and educational establishments are ideal hotbeds for innovations. Clusters and networks are thus becoming ever more important as instruments of innovation and economic promotion and locational marketing. VDI/VDE-IT looks back on long-standing and well-founded experience with building and managing networks on regional, national and international levels.
