In Administrative Project Management (ADM), we support funded projects on behalf of federal and state ministries, from application to completion. We advise prospective applicants and funding recipients, manage public funds, and drive the digitalisation of processes to make project implementation more efficient and user-friendly.
We support clients such as federal and state ministries in the implementation of their funding programmes. Our department supports projects from companies, scientific institutions, and the public sector – including universities, research institutions, cities, and municipalities – from the initial idea to completion. This includes reviewing the economic situation, providing transparent advice on cost calculations and financing plans, and implementing and complying with key administrative funding requirements.
Working closely with technical experts, we help ensure that public funds are used appropriately and that funding policy objectives are achieved. Throughout the project period, we ensure the timely disbursement of funds and implement project necessary adjustments efficiently and sustainably. Our work is based on quality-assured, clearly structured processes that ensure transparency and traceability.
Digital platforms and modern software are central components of efficient and sustainable funding management. We continuously develop these systems and drive forward the digitalisation and automation of processes. This makes project funding faster, more transparent, and more user-friendly. We are also actively involved in the development and implementation of innovative funding instruments and procedures.
We have in-depth expertise in grant and budget law, business administration and economics, public management, aa well as administrative, procurement, and commercial law. We support both experienced and first-time applicants with clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice.
