The Legal Department is a service-oriented point of contact for all legal issues within the company. Its primary focus is on providing legal advice and support in the context of project management and projects.

The procurement office, which is part of the Legal Department, conducts procurement procedures for public clients in a legally compliant manner and provides support in all matters relating to procurement law. In doing so, it constantly monitors and analyses changes in the legal situation and incorporates them into current procedures. Standardised and quality-assured processes ensure that the procurement documents and documentation comply with the requirements prescribed by law. Adequate technical expertise from the specialist departments and the legal expertise of the procurement office complement each other, ensuring that procurement projects are carried out professionally, efficiently, and in line with requirements.

The department’s in-house legal team provides legal advice to management and the departments on internal, contractual, and corporate legal matters.

For matters relating to corruption prevention and whistleblower protection, the Legal Department has qualified contact persons available to provide employees with competent and confidential support.

The department also offers an internal mediation service for the professional and constructive resolution of conflicts.
