Based in Stuttgart, the “Regional Transformation Processes and Economic Development” division focuses primarily on economic and societal developments in regions facing national and international competition. The team supports clients in Baden-Württemberg in promoting innovation and shaping effective innovation policies.

In addition, it manages projects and advisory activities for a wide range of public and private-sector clients at national and international level. Its areas of expertise include supporting innovation and strategy development processes, establishing and strengthening cluster structures, and assisting clients in the design and implementation of tailored measures and initiatives.
